Not a kit. Not a kit-assembly class. An actual shoe, built from a hide.
Founded by working cordwainers, LastCraft Workshop keeps every class small — usually six to ten makers — so everyone gets real one-on-one time at the bench. You'll cut your own pattern, stitch your own upper, and lace your own last, and you'll leave with a pair you actually made.
No experience required. We've taught complete beginners and working leatherworkers side by side in the same session.

Every instructor at LastCraft Workshop builds shoes professionally outside the classroom. We teach the same construction methods we use on paying commissions: hand-lasting, welted construction, and traditional stitch-down techniques.
Classes are capped small on purpose. You'll get real bench time with an instructor watching your stitching, not a video and a kit.
